Welcome to the Makes360 client portal. This is your single place to track projects, view invoices, raise support tickets and share files with our team.
1. Log in
Use the email address registered with Makes360 and the password sent in your welcome email. If you have not received it, click Forgot Password on the login page to set a new one.
2. Update your profile
Go to Profile (top-right menu) to update your name, phone number and password. Add teammates under Contacts so they can access the portal too.
3. Explore the dashboard
- Projects – see progress, milestones, tasks and files for each project.
- Invoices & Estimates – view, download and pay online.
- Contracts – review and sign agreements.
- Support – open and track tickets.
- Knowledge Base – find answers to common questions.
